Declaration of Helsinki

The Allelopathy Journal fully endorses and requires compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki the internationally recognized set of ethical principles developed by the World Medical Association (WMA) for medical research involving human subjects.

Authors conducting research involving human participants must ensure that their studies are designed, reviewed, and implemented in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki  Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects .

Key Principles

  • Respect for the rights, safety, and well-being of human participants must always take precedence over the interests of science and society.
  • All research protocols must undergo ethical review and approval before initiation.
  • Informed consent must be obtained voluntarily from every participant after providing full information about the study.
  • Privacy and confidentiality of research participants must be strictly maintained.
  • Research involving vulnerable populations must be conducted with particular care and justification.
